Return Policy

Products may only be returned within 5 days of receipt.

If you are returning an item because of shortage, damage, or defect, the return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.  Please call (877) 428-0008 or email cs@premsp.com with any order issues or to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.


There are no returns of special orders, except for defective product.
 

Return products in re-saleable condition (original package)


Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
